You have managed to stereotype Americans and white Americans at least as badly as the most narrow-minded Americans stereotype you. Sadly, you have some good points about the feelings of entitlement of some Americans but the racism that comes with your labels and stereotyping undermines your credibility. There are plenty of Americans, maybe even a majority, who don’t fit any of your stereotypes. We are horrified and incredulous at what is going on. Go ahead and ask. We may be more woke than you can possibly imagine. And don’t forget. 1) democracy is messy and takes time. 2) you might want to do some more research before you continue to stereotype “white Americans” since you are doing what the worst of them do to you. Again, I’m open for a conversation any time but you will hear a very different world-view than the one you ascribe to white Americans.
